The Organizing Committee Liberec 2009 arranges a meeting for all members of Team Liberec 2009 from sections: Supporting events, Promotion and Marketing. This meeting is going to be held on Saturday July 14th .
Invitation for both social and working gathering of volunteers
Sections included: Supporting events, Promotion and Marketing
Date and time: June 14th, Saturday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Place: Recreational and sports venue Vesec, Liberec
Program:
- Discussion concerning volunteers´ scope of work during the World Championship in Liberec
- News associated with WSC carrying out
- Cooperation set-up for the WSC
- Team building program ( let us surprise you), refreshment
If the weather is good the majority of program will take place outside. If the weather gets worse, the meeting will proceed in the building on the stadium. The official program will finish at 4 p.m. Afterwards volunteers can enjoy this gathering and stay longer. There is a possibility of staying overnight in the main building in Vesec in own sleeping bags and mats. (Free of charge)
Transport:
From bus and train terminal – towards centre (going downhill on tramlines), you will reach bus terminal. Take a bus number 13,24 or 26 all the way to the bus stop called Vesec u Střediska. The venue is approximately 10 minutes remote and will be properly marked behind a rotary in Maranova Street by the bus stop.
Car- Arriving to Liberec from Prague follow the signs and take the first exit direction Vesec, keep driving until you hit Hodkovicka Street, at the first lights make a right to Mařanova Street and thenat the rotary turn right up the hill towards Vesec venue. (Turn left when reaching parking lot, followed by underpass)
